This camp is a can't miss opportunity for girls in grades 9 - 12, who have not yet committed to play college volleyball, to play in front of college coaches from different levels.

LOCATION

  • Rumsey Hall School - 201 Romford Rd. Washington Depot, CT 06794

  • Campers will be staying in dorm rooms, and all meals will be served on campus.

DATES & TIMES

  • JUNE 20TH - JUNE 22ND

  • Check In and Move In - JUNE 20TH from 10:30am - 11:00am

  • Lunch will be served at noon

  • The first session starts at 1:00pm on JUNE 20TH

  • Camp ends on JUNE 22ND

PRICING

  • RESIDENTIAL - $600.00

    • PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE​

      • First payment of $300.00 is due at registration​

      • Remaining balance will be split into 2 additional payments

    • CANCELLATION PROTECTION AVAILABLE - $100.00 ​

  • Any camper with an unpaid balance 14 days before camp begins will forfeit all camp fees paid to date and be removed from the camp. ​​

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for another event hosted by Western CT Volleyball Club and is transferrable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who DO NOT contact Western CT Volleyball Club to cancel at least 24 prior to camp check-in will NOT receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given ONLY if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date. 

CANCELLATION PROTECTION

Western CT Volleyball Club offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $100 per event, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of you camp tuition fees paid to date if you cancel for any reason before your final payment due date. Please note: $100 Cancellation Protection and Registration Transaction Fees are non-refundable. 

With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date and a least 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher good through the following year that is transferrable to any immediate family member and may be used for other events.
